TOKYO BOEKI participated in International Exhibition SEMICON EUROPA 2017

The company Tokyo Boeki participated in International Exhibition SEMICON EUROPA 2017, which was held in November 14-17, 2017 at Messe M?nchen Exhibition Center in Munich, Germany.

Revolutionary Minimal Fab technology for microelectronic production was presented at company's booth, which allows to arrange the small- and medium-scale semiconductor manufactures from scratch, to develop and prototype devices for traditional semiconductor factories and significantly reducing cost of production.

According to the results of the exhibition, we plan to sign contracts for the supply of Minimal Fab tools to Russia and CIS countries.
