TOKYO BOEKI participated in the International Exhibition SEMICON EUROPA 2018

Company TOKYO BOEKI participated in the International Exhibition SEMICON EUROPA 2018 which was held from November, 13-16 at exhibition center Messe M?nchen, Munich city, Germany. At booth there was possible to check equipment of leading Japanese vendors for microelectronic production such as MINIMAL (Minimal Fab Promoting Organization) and Neoark Co.

Еhe Mock-up unit of Minimal Fab and the Minimal Shuttle of half-inch wafer were presented at booth for acquaintance. Here was also possible to get information about current line-up of Minimal Fab for microelectronic production.

According to the results of the exhibition, Tokyo Boeki plan sign contracts to supply of Minimal Fab in Europe.
