National Research University of Electronic Technology “MIET” held a seminar "Minimal Fab Technology – using half-inch wafers to reduce investment in semiconductor production in 1000 times" in June 6,2017.

Invited speaker was Dr. Shiro Hara, author of technology and head of the research group of Minimal Fab at National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Japan.
