The Minimal Fab concept is based on the development and creation of compact semiconductor line-up for different industries and to arrange the small- and medium-scale semiconductor production. Minimal Fab technology allows to carry out the development and prototyping of devices for traditional semiconductor Mega Fabs and significantly to reduce the cost, processing time, power and consumption of materials (gases, acids, water, etc.).Also Minimal Fab can be successfully applied for training of operators, students, personals for microelectronics.
